Objective To investigate the influence and clinical significance of knee lateral thrust gait to femorotibial angle and lateral joint space in the patients with knee varus deformity. 目的探讨膝外摆(lateralthrust)步态对膝内翻患者股骨-胫骨角及胫股关节外侧间隙的影响及其临床意义。
Methods Planed femorotibial and patellar joint surface of the hemophilic knee were covered with double fascia flaps pedicled by joint branch and latent branch of top knee arteria. 方法用膝最上动脉的关节支和隐支为蒂的双蒂筋膜瓣包绕清理后的股胫和髌股关节。
Conclusion: Normal biomechanical characters of femorotibial joint rebuilt with patella can be preserved. 结论:重建后的股胫关节能恢复正常生物力学特性。
